Scoopyt provides tools that help users generate YouTube transcripts, summaries, simplified explanations, and repurposed content outputs such as social posts and related text-based content.
Users may access certain features with or without an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
Scoopyt may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Dodo Payments. Subscription access may renew based on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled.
All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Paid plans may include stated generation limits or fair-use protections. Excessive, abusive, automated, or commercially exploitative usage may be throttled, restricted, or terminated.
You may not misuse the Service, including scraping, unauthorized automation, reverse engineering, abuse of rate limits, reselling access, infringing third-party rights, or using Scoopyt to harm the Service or other users.
Scoopyt retains all rights in the Service, including software, branding, features, and platform functionality. Users retain responsibility for lawful use of any outputs.
Scoopyt does not guarantee transcript accuracy, AI output quality, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
Scoopyt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its sole discretion, including for abuse, fraud, security concerns, excessive usage, policy violations, unauthorized automation, chargeback abuse, or conduct harmful to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, availability, or error-free performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoopyt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Scoopyt may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
